After the recording of Ludwig van Beethoven’s Sonatas for violin and piano, a triptych that has been awarded numerous prizes, Andrew Wan and Charles Richard-Hamelin continue their fruitful collaboration with the complete sonatas for violin and piano by Robert Schumann (1810-1856). A perfect program to highlight the bond between the concertmaster of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra and the pianist who won the silver medal at the International Frédéric Chopin Piano Competition in 2015.
