With “One Must Have Chaos Inside To Give Birth To A Dancing Star”, the internationally acclaimed exceptional jazz formation around Daniel Erdmann, Hasse Poulsen and Edward Perraud presents a poetic manifesto between improvisation and refined harmonies after a five-year break in 2002! Released as CD and LP on the legendary label Bleu. The German saxophonist Daniel Erdmann, the Danish guitarist and the French drummer Edward Perraud, who all have three renowned individual projects to show, form as a trio as a multifaceted project that breaks the boundaries of jazz and at the same time creates a collective subjectivity. After several albums and subsequent awards (including the Annual Prize of the German Record Critics), the passionate virtuosos who always make their political stance noticeable in the tradition of free jazz are back. without any thematic material or any preparation, the three virtuosos joined the studio. Thus, ideas were captured live and energetically implemented in complete freedom: the latest work, through the joy of playing, spontaneity and complete creativity of the three grandmasters, miraculously manages to transfer the tensions of today’s world musically as through a prism, into sensitive, collective harmony.
