In March 2022, the debut album Superhuman by Issy Ferris and her musical partner and husband Archie Sylvester was released and reached number 1 on the official British Blues charts and was awarded “UK Album of the Year” at the UK Americana Awards 2023. Dark Side, the opening track of the album, is a casual number, quite blues-heavy and spreads a good mood away from the first note despite the gloomy title. After that, it will be like a soundtrack, Imposter and Don’t Fall In Love With Me will spread the holiday mood and you have to think of cocktails, the beach, wreaths of flowers around your neck and sandy beaches, all playing in a 60-year Hawaiian backdrop.
