The young Franco-British singer-songwriter Georgie Brown presents a first jazz album of her own compositions entitled My Gramps Was A Jazzman. Accompanied by her trio of musicians as well as several guest artists, Georgie draws inspiration from the languages and experiences that have helped define her life to date. She incorporates swing and bossa nova into a project influenced by artists such as Diana Krall and Stacey Kent.
