During last days Gianpaolo recorded a new album (on hammond organ) together with Luigi Vitale (vibraphone, balafon and kalimba) and Luca Colussi (drum and percussion).

This work will be released in a couple of months by the important italian label Artesuono and the title will be “Kalimbata” to celebrate the tipical african instrument, since this work is dedicated to the african music and the afro jazz sound.

The Trio was also featuring by some of the finest musician of the italian jazz scene like Francesco Bearzatti (sax); Daniele D’Agaro (sax) Massimo De Mattia (flute); Mirko Cisilino (trumpet) and Denis Biason (guitar).
