Instead of relying on well-known Christmas classics, Madsen have found the courage to create their own little Christmas classics. With a mixture of rock, punk and pop as well as a pinch of humor and kitsch, they perfectly capture the spirit of the “most wonderful time of the year”. The band shows that Christmas can not only be contemplative, but also fun:

“Die Weihnachtsplatte” is the result of a creative process that came about without much of a plan – similar to the punk album “Na gut dann nicht”, new Christmas songs were written one after the other and suddenly an album was finished.
