Pino Daniele has been one of the greatest Italian artists (if not the greatest), a very talented guitarist, he was invited by Eric Clapton to play at the 2010 Crossroads Guitar Festival in Chicago (he played Going Down with Joe Bonamassa).

Together with guitarist Osvaldo Di Dio, the album includes musicians that played in Pino’s band, plus some guest stars including Robben Ford.

The songs come from Pino’s earlier repertoire, blues influenced songs slightly rearranged here.
From a musical standpoint I think the album it’s awesome, the guitar playing is great and the sound is amazing.
