Chanteuse franco-américaine, Rosemary Standley est membre du groupe Moriarty depuis 1999, formation au sein de laquelle elle exprime sa vision tantôt gothique, tantôt baroque, tantôt glamour, tantôt sépia d’une certaine Amérique d’autrefois. En 2014, elle sort en collaboration avec la violoncelliste et chanteuse Dom La Nena un premier album intitulé Birds on a Wire, explorant une sélection éclectique d’oeuvres tirées des catalogues de Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen, John Lennon ou encore Monteverdi et Purcell.
