One is of Viking origin, the other Tuscan, and it is their differences, but also what their journey brought them that was similar, that they invoke in this musical biography.

Recounting all the influences that have marked their experiences as men and musicians, the compositions of this album are the expression of a new sequence of their lives, marked by absences and happy memories, by melancholies absorbed by enchanted reveries, by controlled outbursts and poetic sweetness.

This electric combination bears witness to the art of a lifetime in the service of music, surrounded, for one, by 15 keyboards and, for the other, by his Trumpet/Flugelhorn and his conch shells, to which he will give life, for the first time, with his pedals.

As an extension of their previous trio album with Sylvain Luc, Thierry Maillard and Stephane Belmondo pay tribute to their recently deceased friend, through a narration carrying the same peaceful atmospheres that they had shared and that they wished to continue to explore together.
