German-born, Korean pianist Suyoen Kim and the Wüttembergish Kammerorchester Heilbronn present Beethoven’s only violin concerto, considered among the three most important such concertos ever composed, on par with the famous violin concertos by Mendelssohn and Brahms. The challenging piece demonstrates once again Kim’s award-winning virtuosic technique. The programme is completed with two of Beethoven’s Romances for violin and orchestra.
