Tthe gits, particularly this one will always be bitter sweet because it was the last but it along with seafish louisville is in my top favorite gits albums. the gits had a certain energy about them that just can’t be matched. This cd to me has a bit of everything about them i love. they weren’t just a rock band, a punk band, mias bluesy soulful voice or “grunge”. they were a blend of so many things. i came upon the gits through an article about another band and their music has stuck with me more than any other punk or rock band ever has. a lot of times the same songs reappear in their different albums but often it is different. Sometimes live, sometimes not but always great.
