Ana Malta is a singer from São Paulo. Oscar Aldama is a Paraguayan pianist. Together in Rente América, an album scheduled to be released on November 24, the artists cross the musical borders of Latin America in tow with repertoire that transits baião, chacarera (rhythm that dictates dances from South American countries such as Argentina and Bolivia), jazz, milonga and samba.Recorded in September at the Arsis studio, in São Paulo (SP), the album Rente América aligns themes by composers such as André Marques (Córdoba and Moonlight), Arismar do Espírito Santo (long dress), Carlos Aguirre (Milonga gris), Egberto Gismonti (Clown), Filó Machado (Forró na Vovó), Hermeto Pascoal (Forró Brasil) and Lyle Mays (Chorinho).
